INV1150A:
This report operates by looking at receivers processed within a date period. If a ticket is in process and has not been partially received into inventory, then it will not show on this report. Each production ticket stores the WC Setup, WC Time and Number of Operators, from the product file at the time of creation (INV150.SC screen breaks down these numbers).
- “Ext Time in Minutes” is then calculated by the Received Quantity multiplied by the work center extended time (found on the production ticket).
- Tupas production steps completed outside the date period will have a 0 reported.
- To get the work center extended time, for each work center step:
- take the number of operators then multiply it by the work center time
- add the work center setup time.
- Each work center step is represented on its own line per receiver.
INV1151A:

Closed tickets are limited to having its completed date after the end date period. When processing the selected production tickets in this time frame, there are two different reporting calculations depending if the ticket is closed or not. Only Tupas production steps completed within the date period will be considered valid and reported.
