If the anti-rotation block won't fit on a NW rosette or short plate, the problem is caused by using an old-style rosette or short plate. Anti-rotation blocks will only fit the new versions.
SOLUTIONS:
1) Tell the customer the block is not needed.
2) Replace the order with new-style rosettes/short plates.
NOTE:
This problem will eventually end, when we have used all of the old-style rosettes/short plates.
NW ON 2" THICK DOORS (Pre-Attached ONLY)
NW Rosettes and Short Plates will fit 2" thick doors with the addition of qty: 2 SKU 805412. These can be included with the shipment, or sent later upon request.
NW Long Plates will fit 2" thick doors without any additions.
NW DBs will fit 2" thick doors with SKU 848076 (a 2-pack of 60mm long mounting screws). These can be included with the shipment, or sent later upon request.
NW Handlesets will fit 2" thick doors with the addition of a 2 3/4" long grip mounting screw. SKU 841762. These can be included with the shipment, or sent later upon request.
NOTE: Restoration locks will not fit 2" thick doors.
